Need to be added to Front Door lowercase url rewrite Private Preview

There is a private preview for a feature in Azure Front Door as referenced here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1405076/transform-full-url-to-lowercaseWe need to be added to this preview so that we can rewrite entire URLs as lowercase. What information do you need to add us to this preview?

I checked internally and it appears the Public preview or GA for toLowerCase in Action is expected to happen in May (subject to change).
