login loop issue in the new Teams app.

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having a login loop issue in the new Teams app.

One team member updated to the new Teams (Work and School) account and is now stuck in a login loop.

After entering the password associated with the work account, the user is redirected back to the Teams App login page. We tried clearing the Teams Cache, but it did not resolve the issue.

However, when the user logs in to Teams Classic, there is no problem.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

    1.Please try uninstalling Teams and reinstalling it.

    2.In Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, delete the account and add it again, then sign in to check the results.

    If the above method does not work, this may be due to a temporary issue with New Teams. You can contact the administrator to report the issue in the M365 admin center.

    Tell MS about a new outage, slowdown, or other service issue you're experiencing. If confirmed, MS will add it to the Incidents list so you can track its progress and resolution.
