FluentSMTP and Microsoft365 email error

I set up FluentSMTP on my WordPress site and connected it to my Microsoft365 account. However, every time I send a test email, I get a "Forbidden" message, and the email does not send. FluentSMTP support helped me all they could and claimed it was a connection error with Azure. Any help is appreciated!
