I adjusted the resolution on a virtual machine with Windows server 2019 installed, but there was no 19201080 option, the maximum was 12801024 option, the virtual machine had no GPU graphics card, and only "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" in the display adapter. Its driver version is "10.0.17763.1"

How to make the display resolution reach 1920*1080?

    Hello,

1280*1024 is the max resolution with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, so you cannot increase more.

While one way to overcome this is to use remote desktop client to access the server, then you can setup the screen resolution as what you wish, same as the client computer connected to it.
