New Microsoft Lists forms-Form responses linking to an existing entry

Hi Team

I'm aware there's a new feature with Forms now integrating with Lists. I'd like to know if there'll be a way to link form responses to an existing list entry with a look up column...

If not, can you suggest a work around of how we can link them without using power-apps??

I'm thinking I'd need to create a new list and then create an excel report, to do a look up reference for the columns I need data on, and then upload the responses to the original list, which isn't ideal or practical.

Based on your post, I understand you want to update Microsoft form response into corresponding list item. Currently, only flow can achieve this.

Here is an example:

Condition: Responders' email is equal to Responder Email.
