Removing "requested by" name in Flow e-mail

When an automated e-mail is sent through my Flow to staff members, I don't want my name in the "Requested by" field, nor showing up in the "reply-to" field. Is this possible?
At the very least, if these fields require values, I'd rather have the person filling out the form to have their name in these areas. But again, not having those fields at all would be ideal. Any suggestions?

So I suggest you modify tag for more professional answer.
