1/ As the mail says, ‘your monthly Azure Subscription is now ended’, to continue using the services, here are some of the steps you can try with.

Firstly, you can try with the Renewal of Visual Studio Subscription, i.e  you still want to use it along with Azure services, you can renew or purchase a new Visual Studio subscription. Or you can even try by switching to a diff Azure Subscription.

But if you don’t want to switch to another account, you can try Migrating through Resources.

You'll need to migrate your Azure resources to a different account or subscription before the date mentioned. This enables moving your VM’s, Databases, Storage accounts, etc., to a new subscription.

Else, you can even try to contact Azure Support. Like if you are not sure with the proper process, I think it’s better to contact Azure support for guidance. They can help you with your queries and can provide timely assistance and guidance in transitioning your resources.

2/ As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MTC), you should have the access to Azure Passes for labs. If you have completed the process by following the proper guidelines as mentioned, and still didn't get the code, here are few ways you can try out:

    1. Check you Spam Folder
    2. Mail to the Support team about the query
    3. Crosscheck and verify the email ID you have entered.
    4. Try Generating a new code
    5. Try registering using a different mail ID
