unfair cancellation of exam

on 7 April ,i had exam, beginning with a delay, encountering network connectivity issues, leading to a blank screen after the first question then the exam was paused, with proctor chat don't work, feel nervous pick up phone to unmute and address the situation, but unfortunately, this action resulted in the proctor canceling exam ,during this time exam was paused .need help
