I have configured a test on Azure Load Testing using a JMeter script, but I am not able to add the API Management app component in order to view the performance metrics of the service. It does not appear on the list of Azure resources when configuring the app components, even though it should appear according to the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/load-testing/resource-supported-azure-resource-types#supported-azure-resource-types
