Signing/Getting marketplace terms for Nvidia through Powershell (API) failing.

Question

When attempting to execute Get-AzureRmMarketplaceTerms, the error indicates that the legal terms have not been signed for this offer.

How do I sign the legal terms? Who signs the legal terms?
