Sign a word document is raising this error "Bad Request - Request too long"

We are trying to sign a word document which is uploaded to SharePoint online:-

but we are getting this error:-

what could be the reason?

I suggest you clear cookies from your browser.

Besides, please go to Word desktop application > Account > Manage Settings, turn off optional connected experiences.
