Hi @Marcel Sic ,
This is the list of all supported languages for multi-factor authentication notifications. This is triggered by the ui_locales OIDC query parameter presented in the URL or browser preference configuration set by user. Note that some social identity providers, including Facebook and Google, don't honor that parameter. Chrome and Firefox both request their set language. If the language is supported, it displays instead of the default. Microsoft Edge currently doesn't request a language and uses the default language.
For phone calls specifically with custom greetings, the language of the message depends on the language of the user, the language detected by the user's browser, the authentication scenario, and the language of any available custom messages chosen by the administrator. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-mfasettings#custom-message-language-behavior
Could you clarify where exactly the language is not reflecting properly? Different variables like the ones mentioned above may impact the locale.
Note that if users were using the web client, there was a previous bug with RDS that caused the web client to always display the default language as English. This should be resolved by now though.
