SQL Server Developer failed to install with exit code: Exit code (Decimal): -2147467259

Having a bit of trouble getting SQL Server 2022 installed on my machine, had a look around at many different answers and none of them seem to help me with the problem I'm having, I've attached the summary and detail log generated by the failed installation but I honestly have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated!

This issue may be caused by the installation of an outdated version of SSMS. It is recommended to uninstall the installed SSMS software. Then install the latest version.

If the above methods do not solve the issue. Try to work around it by installing component by component, one at a time, the following examples in order.

Database Engine
Full Text
Analysis Services
Reporting Services
Client Connectivity
Client Tools
