I need to insert disclaimer and disclosure (read only) documents into my email signature. Obviously the documents can not be on my C drive. Does OneDrive have this secure capability?

    Hi @Eric Zepp

    Welcome to our forum!

Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client.

In Outlook for Windows, you can create one or more personalized signatures for your email messages. Your signature can include text, links, pictures, and images (such as your handwritten signature or a logo). If you want to attach a document, you can add it as a hyperlink. More information, see: Create and add an email signature in Outlook for Windows.
