Trouble upgrading Azure Recovery Services

I'm using Microsoft Azure Backup Server (on-prem) to create off-site backups for some of our key components and, for the most part, things are great.

I've recently received a yellow notification in the MABS Console that "A new version of Microsoft Azure Backup Agent is available", along with a link. It appears the new version is "2.0.9197.0", whilst mine is "2.0.9195.0" - so not a huge change, but sill - I dislike yellow notification banners.

Here's where things go weird. I've downloaded the Azure Backup Server update package from the link provided, and running it I run into an odd... "blank" installer. Essentially it's just the installer window but with no text at all.

I can press the "Next" button, and that just quits the installer, instantly. So... clearly something's wrong. I've tried checking the Event Log or the Temp directory, but found nothing of interest that would indicate what the problem is. But to be fair, I'm... not even sure if this is the correct installer for my case. After all - I've got the whole Microsoft Azure Backup Server, not just the "Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent".

Can someone explain what's going on here?

    Per this doc - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-microsoft-azure-backup#software-package , Microsoft Azure recovery service gets configured during installation of a software package.

    For now, you can close the set up wizard and download the MARS agent from this link - https://go.microsoft.com/fwLink/?LinkID=288905&clcid=0x0409 and see if that resolves the issue or you can download MABS v3 from here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=57520 and that should fix the issue.
