ADMT - Security translation pre-check failed

Hi all
im trying to migrate Win10 Workstation from old domain to new domain.
im able to migrateusers\groups, but when i try to migrate workstation, i did the security translation its failed with error:

  1. ERR2:7144 Could not open file "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ & C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\Packages\ "
  2. ERR3:7330 Failed to open registry key

i tried to take ownership on these folders with admin user\domain admin\local admin...nothing helps..

can you pls assist ?

    i saw this article as well...
    to be honest i didn't do it because there is a lot of apps in each pc
    and it will make it longer to uninstall and than re-install...

    if there is any shorter solution it can be very helpful
