You'd have to (at least) provide the source code in your script for anyone to give you a definitive answer.
However, just by looking at what's available it seems you might have a quoting problem.

After installing windows build tools, I have encountered this error. I tried reinstalling it and most of what chatgpt recommended me, but Conda isn't working and PowerShell also takes too long to load.
Loading personal and system profiles took 2792ms.

2024-04-12T19:00:49.29+00:00 there was no source code in my script, everytime i open my powershell this happens, also i might be a rookie in asking questions. But i will try to provide as much info as possible.
I was trying to install hdbscan python package through pip and then it was having errors due, and was asking me to install visual studio build tools 14.0 version
- But i had it installed, but it wasnt updated to the latest version
- i figured i might as well install it, i also updated my visual studio
- after that my powershell started having these problems and in general has trouble starting up command prompt doesnt have any problem like this

2024-04-12T20:10:37.49+00:00 If it's happening every time you open PowerShell then problem is probably in whatever PowerShell profile(s) you're using. Your PowerShell profile is, itself, a PowerShell script that's run when PowerShell begins a new session.
With only the information you posted, it looks like what are being shown is an attempt to set the PATH environment variable.
...Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\Tools\Binn;"seems to have been accepted, bur theC:\Program Files\a ...has failed. Both have spaces in the name and, so, must be protected by quotes. There's a quote at the end of the Tools\Binn; part that's got a double quote following it. But the C:\Program Files\a also has a space in it but the double-quote in front of the C:\ seems to be a closing quote, not an opening quote.So, whatever it is that's triggered this for you may have been the installation the additional software, OR it may be ChatGPT. ChatGPT can be helpful, especially when unearths some hard-to-find web pages, but it still tends to throw together stuff from different sources that may not work well together. It sounds confident in its answers, but I've had to repeatedly ask it to clarify parts of its advice -- which it will, but even the clarification may be incorrect. It's a lot better than it was, but don't depend on it entirely.
