How can I change my support plan back to Basic from a Developer support plan?

How can I change my support plan back to Basic from a Developer support plan?

I get the message to the right when I select the BASIC "Change" button. I was under the impression that there would be a "Cancel" support button on this page.

    Hi Rich,

    You can try following the steps below to cancel a Support Plan. 

    • Go to the Azure portal by navigating to https://portal.azure.com/.
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials that are associated with your MCA account.
    • Click on and open "Help + support" from the menu (or search for it)
    • On the Overview page, you will see the "Support plans" section from the left-hand menu. Select that to open the plans page
    • To, say cancel your "Azure Developer Support Plan", select the "Change" button under the "Basic" (free) support plan and confirm that. This will "downgrade" to the free option.

    If this does not work I'd recommend opening a ticket with Azure Billing Support:
