I could not select free tier in the pricing type

  1. I created resource in the language service which used Free tier in price type.
  2. I deleted this resource and resource groups.
  3. I create a new resource in the language service.I want to select free tier. but only "S(1K call per minute)" can be selected. show"The free tier (F0) for this resource type is already being used by your subscription, therefore it will not appear in the dropdown below."

    From the title of the post, I understand that you are unable to select free tier in the pricing type. You also mentioned that "deleted this resource and resource groups".

    You can try to purge the deleted resource and check again - Recover or purge deleted Azure AI services resources - Azure AI services | Microsoft Learn

    If there is a resource to purge, it will show up when you click manage deleted resources.
