    Suggestions:

    • Run gpedit.msc.
    • Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Sandbox.
    • Find "Enable video input in Windows Sandbox" and ensure it's set to "Enabled."

    Uninstall and reinstall camera driver via Device Manager.

    Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

    Hello,

    Try accessing the camera in the host operating system outside of Sandbox. If the camera works fine in the host operating system, then the issue is likely due to the limitations of Sandbox.
