Windows Server 2022 Terminal perfmon metrics

Hello everyone.

I have a Win Server 2022 with Terminal Server role.

Hardware is Dell PowerEdge R660, 2xXeon(R) Gold 6438Y+, 256 GB RAM, no GPU.

I have a performance issues at user's sessions (large time lag while opening windows). I think it's render issue, but can't get proofs.

Disk read/write query <0.001, CPU load about 3...5%, RAM load about 12...20%

What metrics I can get for check issues?
