Penalty for early data deletion in cool tiers V1 storage account

I see in documentation that,

"a blob in the cool tier in general-purpose v2 account is subject to an early deletion penalty if it's deleted or moved to a different tier before 30 days has elapsed." - is that applicable to V1 account as well?

Would I incur penalty if the data in cool tiered storage account (Blob Storge type) is deleted before 30 days.

@Oruganti, Sudhamayi As Marcin Pointed, V1 (General-Purpose v1) Azure storage accounts indeed do not support access tiers.

These accounts are the oldest type of storage accounts and offer storage for page blobs, block blobs, files, queues, and tables. However, they are not the most cost-effective storage account type and lack support for the latest features, including access tiers.
