I'm replicating a server to Azure and need to pause replication because of bandwidth concerns. How do I do that properly?

You should consider throttling replication rather than pausing it - details depend on the scenario/platforms you are using - e.g. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/common-questions-server-migration#how-do-i-throttle-replication-in-using-azure-migrate-appliance-for-agentless-vmware-replication

Alternatively, you can suspend the replication on per server level by using PowerShell

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.migrate/suspend-azmigrateserverreplication?view=azps-11.5.0
