How can I increase my Azure OpenAI DALLE=3 quota?

I'm currently exploring the use of Azure OpenAI for a project and am hitting the limit of creating 6 images per minute.

I have a few questions that would really help:

  1. Is it possible to set up more than one Azure OpenAI resource under a single subscription to get around this limit? If so, what is the maximum number of Azure OPENAI resources allowed in one subscription?
  2. When signing up for Azure OpenAI, is it necessary to fill out a separate form for each subscription, or can I have multiple Azure OpenAI resources across all subscriptions based on one form submission?
  3. Is there any way to increase the capacity for creating more output, particularly concerning the mentioned limit?

    The default DALL-E 3 quota limits is 2 capacity units (6 requests per minute).

    It is possible to create multiple Azure OpenAI resources under a single subscription to distribute the workload and get around the limit. The maximum number of Azure OpenAI resources per region per per Azure subscription is 30.

    When signing up for Azure OpenAI, is it necessary to fill out a separate form for each subscription, or can I have multiple Azure OpenAI resources across all subscriptions based on one form submission?

    When signing up for Azure OpenAI, you only need to fill out one form to request access to the service. You have an option to select how many subscriptions you would like to access the service. Once you have access, you can create multiple Azure OpenAI resources across all subscriptions associated with your account. You do not need to fill out a separate form for each subscription.

    Quota increase requests can be submitted from the Quotas page of Azure OpenAI Studio. Please note that due to overwhelming demand, quota increase requests are being accepted and will be filled in the order they are received.

    Priority will be given to customers who generate traffic that consumes the existing quota allocation, and your request may be denied if this condition isn't met.
