Hello,

I am unable to access office 365 applications on web when connected to home network on my PC. My home network connection is good and got confirmed with my ISP. I tried network reset but it didn't work.

When I checked with mobile hotspot, I am not having any issues.

Can someone help me in troubleshooting this?

If Office 365 works on your mobile hotspot but not your home network suggests an issue specific to your home network configuration.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter that can diagnose and fix common network connection issues. Here's how to run it:

    Open Settings

    Go to "Network & Internet."

Click on "Status" from the left pane.

Under "Change your network settings," click on "Network troubleshooter."

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Outdated network drivers can sometimes cause connection problems. Update related driver.

Make sure Firewall or AV is not blocking.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This office 365 application unavailable issue can be caused by several factors. Please kindly let us know:

1.What's the error message/screenshot you got for this issue?

2.If you are able to connect any other Microsoft products?

3.If you are able to access the public Internet during the issue time?

You can test it by ping/telnet command.

Meanwhile, I will suggest capturing network trace by network monitor when issue reproduces. By filtering the domain name/IP address you will get more insights for this issue.

Hope this answer can help you well.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
