Error accessing Viva Insights Copilot Dashboard: 'Unable to connect to network'

Hi all,
I'm getting an error using Viva Insights when I access to Copilot dashboard: https://insights.cloud.microsoft/#/CopilotDashboard/
The following error message is displayed: "Unable to connect to network. Check your internet connection and then try again".
Obviously I have Internet connection, otherwise I couldn't reach that page.
With this error I can't see the Copilot adoption rate on Microsoft 365.
Anybody is in the same issue?
