Error accessing Viva Insights Copilot Dashboard: 'Unable to connect to network'

Hi all,

I'm getting an error using Viva Insights when I access to Copilot dashboard: https://insights.cloud.microsoft/#/CopilotDashboard/

The following error message is displayed: "Unable to connect to network. Check your internet connection and then try again".

Obviously I have Internet connection, otherwise I couldn't reach that page.

With this error I can't see the Copilot adoption rate on Microsoft 365.

Anybody is in the same issue?

Hey @MChogo , finally got an answer on this one from the 365 support team. As per the attached screenshot of their reply, looks like this feature is gated behind enterprise level user counts.
