It partially creates the lab, it doesn’t finish all the steps required to create a lab. So basically it creates the skeleton/shell of the lab, but only the head, the body is missing. And the part that creates, is not operational.
I have enough cores available to create the labs. Is there perhaps another limit for instance one LAB might have to many VMs in it causing new LABS to fail?
