Unfortunately, the only way to recover the BitLocker key is through the MS site options below, please I suggest you take a look at the information.

If you still locked out of your device due to BitLocker, but the recovery key is not in your account, then, unfortunately, there is not much you can do besides formatting your drive. BitLocker is highly secure, and without the recovery key, the data cannot be accessed.
