Missing Azure Certification

Dear Microsoft Azure Certification Team,

I am writing to inform you that I recently passed the Azure Certification exam for "AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" on 29-03-2024. While my dashboard reflects a pass status, I have not yet received the official certificate. Kindly please check attached document and below details for your reference.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and expedite the issuance of my certificate.
