Video in Microsoft Teams occasionally freezing.

Updated Graphics and everything. Still videos are freezing which is sharing by other participants. Camera and video is working fine. It is happening after MS Teams new update. Kindly help. Multiple people are facing the same issue

    Hi @Sandip Das

    There is currently a known issue where users may not be able to see videos in the New Teams on Windows devices.

    A specific Windows media component (mfplat.dll) isn't present in some Windows versions, such as versions N and KN, which is causing the impact to the new Microsoft Teams on Windows devices that are running those versions.

    Microsoft is currently deploying fix software to resolve the issue. To bypass the issue before the fix is fully deployed, affected users can follow the instructions in this link to install the Media Feature Pack: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack.
