Afaik plus addresses are only supported for receiving messages, you cannot use them to send messages. This is mentioned in the official documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/recipients-in-exchange-online/plus-addressing-in-exchange-online#using-plus-addresses

As subject, can we grant the Send As Permission for Plus Addresses in outlook?
The scenario: -
We have grand the Send As Permission to centralhub@testmail.com under inbox sender@testmail.com
It is able to send the email with From:sender@testmail.com by centralhub@testmail.com
However, it gets failure if we try to send the email with From:sender+AAA@testmail.com.
Could you please advise how to make it works? Much thanks.
