Cannot preview attachments and download them from owa. Any ideas how to fix it ?

Hi

I have exchange 2019 last update. Desktop app works excellent ,but in web app I cannot download or preview attachments.

When I try to it gives me this error message : An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handle

Had tried this steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
  2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
  3. Check if there are any browser extensions or add-ons that may be causing the issue and disable them temporarily.
  4. Make sure that your browser is up to date.
  5. Check if there are any network connectivity issues by trying to access the web app from a different network or device.

didn't fixed my issue.
