By default, there is no download option to download hub usage data.
I recommend you give suggestion in the feedback portal and help to make improvements. Many features of current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback.
Or you could open a service request to get hub usage data, the engineers there have higher authority than I do. (Steps: Microsoft 365 admin center ->> Support ->> Help & support)
