If it is not being recognized in Windows, try boot and use BIOS/UEFI setting to set boot from DVD or USB.
How to reinstall Windows 11
So I am primarily trying to get rid of a prompt that keeps appearing when surfing a web browser which says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." In the process of doing that I noticed a few other problems, I1) can't seem to Reset my PC. There is a long list of backlog of Windows Updates that are failed to be installed and I can't "Pause updates anymore". When I tried to reinstall Windows 11 - I realise that my device is not recognising any USB flash drivers or External hard drives. Not appearing anywhere. I've tried most methods common on the internet and it has failed to work so far.
HELP ME PLS!

For the Resetting PC and USB Devices Not Recognized issues.
Try booting into Safe Mode and see if your USB drive is recognized and if resetting the PC works.
Update your BIOS/UEFI. Visit your PC maker’s website for instructions on how to do this.
Before reinstall the system, I suggest that you could try to perform an In-Place Upgrade to repair system.
