From my understanding, you are not able to access your Entra ID tenant after creating it.
If this has been successfully created, you should be able to access it. To check, use an Incognito or Inprivate browser, authenticate to https://portal.azure.com with the same user account, and see if you can.
If you are still not able to, I will advise you go through the process again by accessing the link https://azure.microsoft.com/free and complete the process.
