Problem with my subscription key

Question

So, I don't use Azure or my virtual machine very often, I used it about 5 times maximum for testing, I sent some files from my local computer to the virtual machine, I installed a browser and that's it. When I went to access it again today, my registration key was disabled due to suspicious activity, I don't have much information about what it could be but I need to recover my key quickly as I still have my 1 month trial period. Furthermore, I am disappointed with the help system, because when I went to the request support tab it asked for a registration key to continue and send the form, but how do I send it if my key is deactivated?? Anyway, I came to clarify on the blog why it is the only easy place to get support from Microsoft.
