How to configure ADRMS to ask credentials just before accessing a protected document

I've been building an AD RMS in a test environment.

What I want to configure is to have any user get a credential question just before accessing the protected document and AD RMS authorize users based on that credentials.

For example, a Son User who has only read access to a protected document named A receives a credential question just before accessing the protected document, and if he enters the information of the user with full rights in the credential question, all rights are granted to Son User.

All I've found for 10 hours is that I need to use ADFS.

Are there any documents or articles related to this project's solution? Or, if you can help me in other ways, I would really appreciate it.

I linked ADFS with AD RMS, which was verified successfully, and I did not assign the ADFS URI to the local intra zone in order to create the request credentials, and assigned the ADFS federation home realm to registry, but it seems not the answer

I've seen the following documents several times, but it doesn't seem to be of great help to me.
