Hello,

If i missing Microsoft March 2024 and Microsoft April 2024 Security Update, will if i only install April 2024 all updates on March will be included?

Hello,

In this case, we recommend that you install the April cumulative update directly. The latest cumulative update contains previous cumulative updates and makes improvements to it.

You can download updates in Microsoft Update manually.
