My remote server is a computer and it has windows 10 system.

When I remotely control it, the computer keeps blacking out. It has several console programs running, and I can't shut it down. I can see the mouse, but I can't do anything else, including bring up the task manager.

This issue occurred suddenly without any human intervention.

How could I solve it?

    Hello,

Here are some advice for further troubleshooting:

    1. Performance issue: Since you cannot launch the task manager, it's unlikely to be a single display issue.

To verify this, you need to log in via the console. If it's a performance issue, it will be the same in the console. There are several types:

    a. Session leak, which means you have too many open sessions.

    b. Memory leak, where too much memory has not been released.

    c. Low performance (high CPU usage, low memory, etc.) indicates that your hardware may need an upgrade.
