I tried to make any things change like editing the responses from other users Image

but when I checked mail, it only show the mail about creating alert and didn't have the editing Image

I tried to setting the alert with different options but it still not get email about the editing action

How can I get the editing action notification?

    Hi @Mr.Hoang Nghiem Huy ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

I followed your instructions and after editing the responses from other users, I was able to receive alter email alerts.User's image

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it.

2.Whether all SharePoint survey have the same problem? You could create a new SharePoint survey or new alter to check.

3.Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.

    Hi, @Haoyan Xue_MSFT

Thanks for your advice, I have tried to follow your steps:

1.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it. -> I tried to create many users of chrome and open with different users

2.Whether all SharePoint survey have the same problem? You could create a new SharePoint survey or new alter to check. -> I have created the new one

3.Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections. -> I tried with library and list

->>>> It's still send the notification for when I created alert, but there was nothing when I edited or did somethings else. Is there any details you need?

    Thank you so much
