Can there be two folders with the same name in public folders in O365?

Hi,
Now it is possible to create a folder with the same name in public folders in O365 via Outlook.
That's all right, please ?
Note: This is not possible via Exchange admin center.
Outlook version:

What is your account type (POP/IMAP/Exchange)?
How did you create these two public folders?

Repro steps:
- Right-click the public folder,
- select "New Folder" from the content menu,
- enter a name By repeating the same steps, it is possible to create multiple folders with the same name.

Are you creating under the same path?
According to my test, I can only create folders with the same name in different paths.

Directly under "All Public Folders".

Based on my research and testing, there is no reproduction of your issue. When I create a folder with the same name in the same path, I will get the following message.
Make sure that Outlook client are latest updated. You may try to online repair Office application program to check this issue. For your reference: Repair an Office application
Please try using Outlook in safe mode and disable all add-ins to troubleshoot this issue.
Moreover, you can use the Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool that can diagnose and fix the Outlook problems.

I'm not the only one on the team who can reproduce this issue.
Can you try these steps:
- Select More Apps from left pane in Outlook
- Select Folders in App pane
- Right-click the public folder,
- select New Folder from the content menu,
- enter a name

None of my tests in different versions of Outlook client reproduce your issue. And there is no reference to the official documentation about the possibility of creating the same public folder name under the same path.
