We are experiencing an issue with accessing Microsoft Bing Custom Search. When we try to access it, they get stuck in a loop with the Terms of Service and are redirected back to the start page. We have tried multiple browsers in private mode but the issue persists. However, when we use a different account to log in, it works fine, indicating that the problem is account-based rather than a local computer issue.
