Can Remote Desktop be utilised using Intune Kiosk single app Mode

@Phil Kemp, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

For your issue, based on my checking internally and on my lab, I find the same issue. it is because the store apps for kiosk mode is only pulling eligible apps from legacy store named windows store for business app which is already deprecated. This is not for the store new app. So, we cannot see the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

As a workaround now you can try Multi-app kiosk and add the app via Win32.

Based on the information provided in the context, Remote Desktop client can be installed on a per-user basis using Intune or Configuration Manager. However, it is important to note that Assigned Access single-app kiosk mode is not supported over a remote desktop connection. Your kiosk users must sign in on the physical device that is set up as a kiosk. Therefore, Remote Desktop cannot be utilized using Intune Kiosk single app mode over a remote desktop connection.
