    You can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account associated with the student subscription.
    2. Go to the Microsoft account portal at https://account.microsoft.com/. Look for the "Subscriptions" section and find your disabled Visual Studio Professional subscription.
    3. Click on the disabled subscription and select the "Reactivate" or "Renew" option to re-enable it.
    4. If the "Reactivate" or "Renew" option is not available, you may need to contact Microsoft Support to have them manually re-enable the subscription.
    5. Once the subscription is reactivated, you should be able to download and use Visual Studio Professional on your student account again
