Permission issues installing custom app for users

Hi,

We are having problems installing apps for users using the installed apps api (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/userteamwork-post-installedapps?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http).."learn.microsoft.com") When users upload the the app, it seems like all the permissions needed for us to install the app for a user (see screenshot) but when actually sending the request, we get a 403 forbidden error ("App is blocked by app permission policy"). We are able to successfully install the app for a specific team within the company.

Note that this doesn't happen for all companies, as in we are able to successfully install the app for users in other companies. Is there anything else that might be causing the problem for this specific company? How can we debug this?

The issue you're experiencing might be related to the policies set up for your Teams apps. Could you please verify if the 'Upload custom apps' option is enabled?bbb
