Unable to Reschedule Microsoft Exam

Note: There is no TAG for MS exam hence randomly selected TAG.

Hello Support,

I have exam schedule exam on 17th April 2024, detail given below. I want reschedule exam.

29th April 2024, same time.

I tried rescheduling this exam my own but can't do as it keeps giving MCID error. Hence request you please assist or reschedule this exam on behalf me. My email id is ******@outlook.com.
