According to the discription, you have issues when launching Deltek Vision via ClickOnce in Edge.
Try below methods:
- Open edge and enter:
edge://flags
Enable ClickOnceSupport
Then restart edge
2 . On the vision splash screen that displays when you launch Vision, click Do not load Startup Application, then log on to Vision.
- Check if there is update for Deltek Vision and Edge, search if there is any known issue.
- If above steps still donot work, consider contact Deltek support for further help.
