Did the issue only occur with this specific graphic card?
As there are ten monitors in this environment, it is hard to test from my side.
If it is possible, please test with different graphic card. If the issue occurred with all the graphic card, it could be by design or the system's limitation.
If the issue only occurred with the specific graphic card, please ensure you have got the latest driver version from the device manufacturer website. Or ask for help from the graphic card support.
