Could I have my appeal to access the Microsoft Learn sandbox granted as I haven't heard anything for weeks.

I attempted to complete Microsoft Learn exercise three to four weeks ago but was informed that "Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this we've suspended your access to the [lab environment]. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access." I raised an appeal but I haven't heard anything since. I do not remember when exactly I raised the appeal as I did not receive an email informing me that the appeal had been raised, but I believe it was around three to four weeks ago.

I would like to be able to access the sandbox environment again as I am trying to reskill in Microsoft Azure as I have recently moved from a role that was focused on AWS. I had initially raised a generic Microsoft Support ticket but I was directed here instead.

    Hi Jarrod Bakker,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues in accessing the sandbox.

Till then once try to follow the troubleshooting steps as mentioned below for the issue:

Step 1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again with you learn ID credentials.

Step 2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/in-private window.

Step 3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.

Step 4: Login with a new personal email account into the learn path in a completely new browser and check.

If you are still running into issues, kindly attach the screenshots of the error you are getting. We will glad to assist you.
