I am attempting to disable Microsoft Rewards from the Azure tenant from the admin.microsoft.com portal.

However it appears that the option under Org Settings - Services no longer is available.

How does one go about disabling it?

    Hi @azbane

Do you mean disable Account Linking? With this feature disabled, AAD users cannot earn Microsoft Rewards points for Microsoft Bing searches done in their browser or Windows search box.

As an administrator, you can turn off the account linking default using a PowerShell script.
